This site is dedicated to windsurfers ..

normally abused by husbands/wives, boy/girlfriends, relatives and friends alike, for supposedly undesirable behaviours related to the endless quest for the vanishing and capricious wind, here you can finally relax, it's always windy . . .

iSurf wants to promote the sport of windsurfing, and to contribute to the diffusion of its culture and lifestyle, and offers itself as a mean to interact and exchange information among fellow windsurfers and visitors alike. Your comments and suggestions on how to best serve this objective are well appreciated.

This website has evolved from a community site, into covering travel reports, and most recently the posting of action pictures, with session and travel reports still published routinely.
It has proved - unfortunately - much more difficult to convince windsurfers to contribute written articles on any topic, from travel reports to beach fashion etc etc. We continue to sponsor these important contributions.

In 2003 the iSurf Team was created, for the promotion of the site in the water. The Team now counts 10 Riders, among them some promising athlets in the Wave and Freestyle Disciplines

The iSurf Website has recently celebrated its sixth birthday, and recently passed the target of 42,000 hits and 70,000 page views, with 100 unique visitors per day, 10% international.

iSurf has also staged two amateur freestyle competitions in Talamone Italy (2004 I, II and III; 2005 I and II - and sorry guys .. only in Italian)

A special thank this year goes to the iSurf members, 10 persons who contributed financially to the development of the iSurf project. You are very welcome to join them if you like the vibe of this site. If interested please send an email.

Whether you just stepped on a board for the first time, you surfed by mistake onto us looking for travel info on a place or you are an avid an experienced windusrfer, this website is about living the passion for windsurfing ..
Welcome in the tunnel .. welcome to iSurf
